Student Housing
Kendall students living in school housing contract with Kendall College and the housing charges are processed to the student accounts.
Double or triple occupancy charge is $2,995 per quarter.
All housing options are billed quarterly (fall/winter/spring/summer) and the housing agreement is binding for one year.
