Kendall College’s The Dining Room (2500 square feet) is an extraordinary working classroom that provides advanced student chefs with the opportunity to gain real-world experience in a professionally-run, fine dining atmosphere under supervision of Kendall's seasoned faculty. Thanks to our outstanding faculty and dedicated students, Kendall College continues to produce the nation’s finest and most consistently recognized chefs and pastry chefs. Featuring majestic views of downtown Chicago, The Dining Room has free guest parking and multi-course meals at reasonable prices. James Ward, ABC 7’s Food Critic says, “the real proof of the pudding is what the Kendall students cook and serve in the elegant dining room, dishes like foie gras and lobster salad, ahi tuna or stuffed capon. It is a venue with vittles and a view—one of the best in Chicago….” The Dining Room accommodates 100-200 guests and somewhat larger groups for buffets.

The Banquet Room (2900 square feet) features wall-to-wall spectacular views of the Chicago skyline and can comfortably accommodate 100-200 guests.
Brookhaven Wine Room

The Brookhaven Wine Room (1600 square feet) is home to Kendall’s Wine School and is perfect for a private luncheon, dinner, or business function thanks to a rich, modern elegance. A wall of windows dresses the room and offers a stunning view of the heart of Chicago. The attached Food Research Institute features a two-way mirror and private viewing booth (600 square feet) complete with cameras for a multitude of focus group activities. The Brookhaven Wine Room can accommodate 40-75 guests.
Tullman Family Gallery

With the panoramic Chicago skyline as a backdrop, the Tullman Family Gallery (2400 square feet) is the perfect space for cocktail parties, corporate meetings, and receptions. Nestled next to the Kendall College Library, The Tullman Family Gallery can accommodate 80-175 guests.
Wood-Mode Auditorium and Bisazza Kitchen

The Wood-Mode Auditorium and Bisazza Kitchen (3100 square feet) is Kendall’s largest demonstration venue. This extraordinary, stadium-style auditorium seats 180 guests and offers a state-of-the-art kitchen with the latest audio/visual studio technology. Pre-Function space surrounds the Auditorium. The Bisazza Kitchen is beautifully appointed with top of the line Sub-Zero, Wolf, and Franke appliances and fixtures, serving both as a prep kitchen and separate team-teaching and research venue.
American Import Tile Kitchen

The American Import Tile Kitchen (600 square feet) is Kendall’s smaller demonstration kitchen. It is ideal for cooking demonstrations, lectures, and private in-the-kitchen breakfasts, luncheons, and dinners. It also supports the Food Research Institute for on-site food preparation. The kitchen can accommodate 30-50 guests.
Conference Rooms and Classrooms

The Geraldson Family Board Room (400 square feet) is equipped with video and telephone conferencing, LCD projection, and electronic blackout blinds. An ideal location for corporate meetings, breakfasts, lunches, or dinners.
Kendall’s Conference Rooms (200-600 square feet) can accommodate exclusive business meetings, breakout sessions, project work, small receptions, and other organizational needs for 20-40 people.
Kendall’s 20 Classrooms (700-1200 square feet) with varying configurations range in seating capacities from 40-80. All classrooms are wireless and have LCD projection and high-tech, fully equipped Lecterns with DVD/VCR players for optimum presentations.
