Designed for adults who desire to integrate their educational goals with the complex demands of work and family, the accelerated hospitality management program is offered in a flexible evening and weekend format.
Upon successful completion, the graduate receives an accredited B.A. in Hospitality Management with a concentration in Hotel Management, Food and Beverage Management,
or Convention and Meeting Management.
Features of the Evening and Weekend Program:
• Courses are offered year–round.
• Unique modular course framework specially designed for the adult learner.
• Available as a three–year B.A. Hospitality Management program for those with no
educational experience and as a 1 ½ year program (on–campus) for Associates
Degree holders (from any discipline).
• The program includes a strong focus on leadership—the capstone year features courses in areas such as Strategic Management, the in-depth concentration courses, and a six-month internship which acts as a bridge to a new job or career.
• Classroom-based instruction supplemented by on-line learning.

Tuesday and Thursday 6:30 p.m. – 9:30 p.m.
Saturday 10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.
