Bachelor of Arts in Hospitality Management

At Kendall’s Les Roches School of Hospitality Management, you learn from multinational faculty and gain real-world experience. You will learn to manage teams, make managerial decisions, and will develop critical leadership skills.

Kendall integrates the latest management theory with realistic experiential learning which takes place both in the school’s purpose-built hospitality facilities – kitchens, dining room, Hyatt Hotel Suite, wine-tasting room – and through real-world internships. Our curriculum covers marketing, financial management, IT, general business, and provides a foundation in humanities, communications, and ethics. The operational, managerial, and leadership capabilities you’ll develop are a total package, giving you what you need to lead and manage teams.

Students may also choose to study and intern abroad as a result of Kendall’s affiliation with the Les Roches network of sister schools – including the original Les Roches Swiss Hotel Association School of Hotel Management in Bluche, Switzerland and Les Roches – Marbella in Marbella, Spain.

Adult learners can benefit from flexible hybrid programs which include online and classroom instruction.
