Integrative Senior Project
Our Business, Hospitality Management and Culinary Arts programs emphasize a high level of collaboration among students. We feel that developing these skills through constant practice creates graduates who are desirable employees.
The crowning example of Kendall’s emphasis on group work is the Kendall Integrative Project. In their senior year, Bachelor of Arts students work in interdisciplinary teams on a complex consulting project. This is a key opportunity for students to demonstrate their classroom knowledge and practical business competencies.
Student teams present their Kendall Integrative Projects in front of a panel of reviewers comprised of Kendall faculty and local businesspeople. Projects are judged by several criteria including the team’s ability to present persuasively and effectively, to proactively work in groups, to write clearly and succinctly and research effectively.
