Career Support Throughout Your Education and After Graduation

Our Career Services Office is dedicated to providing resources and services to empower you to achieve your career goals after graduation.

Career Counseling

Career Services is available to meet with students and alumni to discuss internship and employment opportunities, continuing education and aspects of the job search process as students plan for their futures. Kendall has also partnered with Vault Career Insider to provide students and alumni with a comprehensive online career resource.

Career Fairs and On Campus Job Interviews

Students and alumni have the opportunity to interview with local, national and internationally-based companies for internship, part-time and full-time positions during on campus special events.

Employment Postings

Kendall's online career search site, Kendall Career Connections, provides current students and alumni 24/7 access to a database of full-time, part-time, seasonal, volunteer and internship opportunities.

Industry Relevant Guest Speakers

Careers Services invites industry professionals to campus to give lectures on current and future industry trends to educate our students on important aspects of their chosen fields.

Internships for School Credit

Our Career Services Office helps to develop connections with employers to create meaningful internship opportunities for our Culinary Arts, Baking and Pastry, Hospitality Management, Business and Early Childhood Education and students.

Job Search Skills

Students receive assistance in the following areas:

  • Salary negotiation and managing job offers

  • Interview preparation

  • Writing résumés and cover letters

  • Networking

  • Researching career options

Professional Development Classes

Kendall holds classes that teach students networking, presentation and interviewing skills and assist the student in defining internship goals and career aspirations.
