Culinary Students Embark on Trip to Thailand

Fifteen advanced Kendall culinary students have the privilege of experiencing Thai culture and cuisine in Bangkok from June 17 – July 4. You can read about their experiences first hand in daily comments they post below. Accompanied by Chef Massimo Bosco, these students will get to enhance their culinary skills at Suan Dusit International Culinary School in the Dusit district of Bangkok, Thailand, while learning about the varied regional cuisines of Thailand. School of Culinary Arts Dean Christopher Koetke and Associate Dean Renee Zonka will also participate at various points in the trip. Special thanks to Chef Arun Sampanthavivat, the country of Thailand and All Nippon Airways (ANA) who helped make this exciting opportunity possible for these students.
