We are turning up the heat, pulling out the blenders, and sharpening our spiralizers to help you prepare delicious dishes using clean, whole foods. This 1-day Healthy Cooking Boot Camp takes students on a ‘day-in-the-life’ of a healthy eater starting at breakfast, working our way through snacks, then on to lunch/dinner entrees and wrapping with healthy desserts all while learning key information, tips and tricks to help you on your path to healthy.
In this boot camp, we’ll start in the classroom where we’ll cover an introductory overview of the six pillars of health as well as additional information that reaches beyond just our kitchens:

- Why calorie counting doesn’t work
- Nutrient-dense food
- Stocking your pantry and fridge
In the kitchen we’ll steam, roast and blend up delicious dishes and sauces that you can mix and matching using fresh, clean, whole foods. And we haven’t forgotten about your sweet tooth and the need to crunch!
Classes led by Culinary Nutrition Expert and Integrative Health Coach Monique Costello (Happy Eats Healthy) are based on whole, clean food with a focus on anti-inflammatory ingredients.
