CULINARY CERTIFICATE: Hor d ’Oeuvres, Salad and Cold Preparations

This module can assist you building out a well-rounded culinary certificate and let you hone skills like Egg cookery, composed and bound salads, canapés, sandwiches, working with fruits and cheese

This class will meet for a total of 50 hours from 6:00 p.m.-11:00 p.m. on Tuesday and Wednesday evenings beginning on Tuesday, January 9 to Wednesday, February 7, 2018.
