Official transcripts are secure electronic documents sent by email or paper transcripts enclosed in an envelope and sealed by a school official who has signed and placed an embossed school seal on the transcript.
Kendall College charges $10 transcript if ordered through the online system. You can receive them via standard mail or electronic mail (in a PDF format). Your credit card will be charged only after your order has been completed.
Requests made in person on campus will be $15. We recommend online ordering for the fastest and most efficient delivery of your transcripts.
In most cases your order will be processed in one or two business days if a hold does not exist on your account. Please allow additional processing time during peak times of the year, such as the beginning and end of terms.
Financial obligations to the college must be satisfied before an official transcript may be issued.
Kendall College has authorized Parchment to provide online transcript ordering. If you have not used Parchment before, you will need to create an account.
Please note: As of the Fall 2015 term, electronic transcripts will be $10 and paper copies will be $15. If you stopped attending Kendall College prior to Summer 2011 then your paper transcripts will be $10.
Unofficial transcripts are transcripts that are not sealed by a school official and do not contain the signature of a school official. Unofficial transcripts are used for a student’s personal records, many places of employment, and many scholarship agencies.
Unofficial transcripts are free to students and may be obtained by signing in to the student portal and selecting ‘View Unofficial Transcript’ under the Student Services tab then printing the document. To reset your log in password please email IT at email@example.com.
