Kendall College’s Notice of Nondiscrimination and Procedures for Student, Faculty and Staff Reporting of Sexual Misconduct, Sexual Discrimination or other Related Reports.

Kendall College does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, sex, disability, or age in its education programs and activities.  Title IX specifically prohibits discrimination based upon gender.

Kendall College is committed to providing a safe educational and working environment for its student, faculty, staff and other members of the College community.

Title IX Statement of Rights

Students, faculty or staff members who may be subject to sexual misconduct or sexual discrimination in association with college activities may report the incident to the following individuals who have been designated to handle these reports:

Any questions or complaints regarding Title IX may be referred to the Director of Campus Safety, Student Conduct & Advocacy.

The Title IX Coordinator is responsible for handling reports of:

  1. Gender or sexual discrimination.
  2. Sexual Misconduct or Violence.

Note on available resources:  If you believe you are the victim of a rape or sexual assault, you can receive assistance immediately by calling your local Police Department (911 if emergency.  If you are a student, you can contact the Student Assistant Program, Compsych Guidance Resources by calling 866-645-1761.  Students may also login to www.guidanceresources.com and enter Organization Web ID, “KENDALL”.  In addition, if you are an employee of Kendall College, you have access to the Employee Assistance Program (EAP) You can contact the EAP by Contacting Business Health Services (BHS) at 800-765-3277 or visit online: at www.bhsonline.com (user name: Laureate).

Both the SAP and EAP are free, “Confidential Resources” at Kendall College which means that all conversations you have will remain confidential and won’t initiate any type of investigation into the incident.  If you would like to report a sexual assault to the appropriate College Official please contact the Title IX Coordinator, listed above.
