In order to become a skilled baker, you need to learn with the best equipment. Our campus is home to commercial-grade bakeshop facilities. The kitchens feature large-scale equipment to help you learn mass production and familiarize you with the equipment you could be using in your place of employment. Our campus also features an authentic open-hearth oven for pizzas and breads.
The bread and desserts prepared by students are served in our fine-dining restaurant and at The Daily Grind.

These kitchens feature marble topped cooking stations and advanced equipment. This is where you will learn how to make gourmet desserts, the art of blowing sugar and how to design high end wedding cakes. Your work will be served in the Cafe, The Dining Room and The Daily Grind.
Our pastry kitchens feature production sized equipment that you will encounter in the real world post-graduation. Work stations are built out of wooden benches and are ideal for making breads and pastries. Your chef instructors will teach you the science behind baking and the artistic principles of dessert decoration. With class sizes at a max of 24 people per course, you will have have an intimate learning experience.
Our coffee shop, The Daily Grind, is located in our lobby and is run by our students. Some of your work will be featured and sold here for students, staff and faculty to enjoy daily. Check out The Daily Grind on facebook.
