Our Business program combines innovative tools such as situation-based challenges, living case studies, management simulations and integrative projects with a globally-driven academic base in the areas of economics, accounting, finance, marketing and human resources. Our goal is to prepare you for success in the areas of retail, marketing, sales, communications, financial services, insurance, public administration, consulting, project management and foodservice management.

We understand that balancing school with other commitments can be difficult, which is why we offer the ability to complete our program fully online. This way you can fit your coursework into your schedule – no matter how busy you might be.
The Business program also includes the cross-disciplinary senior capstone project. Kendall’s Capstone Project is a unique learning experience that blends practical knowledge, strategic thinking and problem solving skills to prepare students for professional success. Seniors from Kendall’s Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts and Business Schools work together over 22 weeks to develop multi-use projects for a specific site in Chicago’s Central Business District. The concepts are presented to judges who are leaders in the industry and showcased at the Capstone Trade Show and Awards Ceremony.
Advance your career with our Bachelor of Arts degree completion pathway. After completing your diploma or associate degree you may continue on to earn your bachelor’s degree from Kendall in as few as two years2, through our degree completion pathways in Business, Culinary Arts or Hospitality Management.
