The Bachelor of Arts degree in Hospitality Management with a concentration in Hotel Management includes coursework in sales, marketing and event management, hospitality industry information and property management systems, as well as revenue management, front office and housekeeping operations. The program also focuses on analytical planning, preparation, forecasting, budgeting and quality control tools. Gain Real World Experience
During your courses in the Hospitality Management program you will have the chance to put what you learn to work in our interactive facilities. You will learn the intricacies of housekeeping practices in our Hyatt Suite, complete with a living room, master suite and restroom. Then you will get your first glimpse into your future career during your two required internships. Students have interned at a variety of resorts and restaurants, from New Hampshire to Florida to downtown Chicago. After graduation, you will be able to draw on your internship experiences to succeed in hospitality-related careers around the globe.
