COOKING: French Classic – Desserts

Learn classic French recipes with modern day baking techniques. In this hands-on course you will prepare five items from Julia Child’s 1961 classic cook book Mastering the Art of French Cooking. Items to be prepared include Chocolate Mousse, Vanilla Soufflé, Pâte Brisée Sucrée, La Tarte Des Demoiselles Tatin (upside down apple tart), Tarte au Formage Frais (cream cheese tart), Le Quatre Quarts (butter pound cake).
