Learn classic French recipes with modern day culinary techniques. In this hands-on course you will prepare five items from Julia Child’s 1961 classic cook book Mastering the Art of French Cooking. Items to be prepared include Soufflé au Fromage, Mussels a la Mariniere, Chocolate Almond Cake with Chocolate Butter Icing, Tomates à la Provençale and Poulet Sauté aux Herbes de Provence.
