COOKING: Traditional Ramen & Dumplings

Two of the most popular Japanese street foods are dumplings and ramen. Learn the art of making ramen and how to prepare delicious recipes featuring Japan’s famous noodle dish! In this hands-on course, students will learn to prepare tonkatsu broth, poach vegetables, and identify key ramen ingredients. Students will also “get their fill” by preparing their own dumpling filling and learn the traditional folds of Japanese dumpling production.
