Corporate Events in Chicago

MEETINGS

Kendall College has spaces perfect for meetings from two to 220 people. We have formal conference rooms, classrooms, open event spaces and an auditorium available to fit your needs. The Kendall Events Team can also fulfill food and beverage requests for breakfasts, lunches and breaks. Whether you need a more formal working lunch with our plated executive lunches, or want to please everyone between sessions with our Mexican Street Cuisine or BBQ buffet, you will find something to please your group.

CHEF DEMONSTRATIONS

Kendall College has the ability to bring the Food Network to life with Chef Demonstrations in our Auditorium. Up to 210 people can witness a live chef demonstration and sample the food being prepared in front of them with an auditorium passed item. These demonstrations are a great addition to any event.

DINING EXPERIENCE

Start out the evening with a passed hors d’oeuvre and a glass of cava, then sit down in our auditorium for a chef demonstration. Chef Louis Dourlain from Kendall College will demonstrate an item of his choice for you to learn and sample. After watching chef create, you get your chance to be creative with a cupcake challenge. The group breaks up into teams and is given cupcakes, icing and a large variety of toppings for them to work together to create their masterpiece. A cupcake is submitted by each team and Kendall’s culinary team votes upon the winner. Then sit down in a dining room to a plated entrée and dessert with wine service tableside. Guest-decorated cupcakes will also be served if anyone still has room after this night of food and drink.

COMPETITION CLUB EVENT

Celebrate the future chefs of Kendall College with the Competition Club battling each other in a fantastic food competition. Guests will have an opportunity to tour around to several food stations at this reception style event. Club members will prepare a tasting portion of their dish for guests to sample. You may have the event as a chef’s choice for the students or give them a theme to work in such as Chicago Neighborhoods. This style of event is a great showcase of young talent.
