Our Culinary Arts program will prepare you for a successful career and eventual leadership roles across the foodservice industry. Strong professional skills development, comprehensive and current understanding of the foodservice industry, environmental awareness and exemplary professional demeanor are the cornerstones to our program. Integrated with culinary courses is the General Education curriculum which build essential people and communication skills that are critical in any profession.

Our innovative curriculum integrates classroom learning with hands-on experience in the kitchen. In addition, expert Career Services staff members will help you gain practical experience, while in school, through internships and provide assistance in building a professional network in preparation for your career.

Our campus is located in Chicago, one of the world’s most vibrant culinary centers that has endless opportunities for learning. Chef instructors incorporate a global perspective into each Kendall experience and you will be learning with students from more than 55 countries around the world.
