gain control of our health. This three part series takes an in-depth look at health, how food affects us
and what non-food activities play a role in healthy changes. Our goal is more than basic knowledge,
it’s to help you get healthier without a total life disruption and without giving up on flavor.

Plant-based eating isn’t about being vegetarian or vegan; it means that most of your diet, most of the
time, should be based on plants (think vegetables, fruits, nuts, seeds, legumes and some whole
grains.) The focus of this class is on how to bring more plant-based goodness into our meals while still
feeling satiated and satisfied. You won’t miss the meat!

● what are Plant Foods?
Then we’ll head into the kitchen to create:

● Avocado Marinated Kale Salad
● MLA- Crispy Mushroom, Lettuce and Appl Wrap
● Honey Nut Brittle
