CULINARY CERTIFICATE: Methods of Cooking: Entrée & Hot Preparations

This module can assist you building out a well-rounded culinary certificate and let you hone skills like Vegetable cookery, boiling, poaching, steaming, sautéing, pan-searing, grilling, broiling, deep and pan frying, roasting, braising and stewing.

This class will meet for a total of 50 hours from 6:00 p.m.-11:00 p.m. on Tuesday and Wednesday evenings beginning on Tuesday, February 14 to Wednesday, March 14, 2018
