Our business development courses focus on the practicalities of 21st century entrepreneurship, whether you want to run a family business or serve as a business consultant.
Students in our business development program learn how to effectively discover viable paths to economic growth and to bring their business ideas to life in a tangible way. Students can collaborate with other degree programs in our campus incubator to allow creativity and innovation to occur naturally with other like-minded forward thinkers.

Under the tutelage of esteemed industry professionals, students will learn how to use case studies and testimonials to analyze the failures and successes of many businesses to formulate key success factors when launching a new business. Learn how to begin or expand a startup company in this valuable advanced course.
Through case studies and business planning exercises, students will develop tactics for how to set clear financial goals for the business in this fundamental course. Learn to use financial statements and dashboard reports, develop revenue and expense forecasts, manage cash resources and design effective financial exit strategies.
This course explores various ways that a business grows from one location to multiple locations, with special emphasis on franchising as a growth strategy. Evaluate the pros and cons of adding locations to an existing business and determine the feasibility of scaling the business model in this course.
Virtual Business Ventures
